Kibar Holding is a subsidiary of The Kraft Heinz (“Kraft Heinz”), one of the world’s largest food companies, and Turkey’s largest ketchup, mayonnaise and sauce producer Assan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ”) signed a share sale agreement regarding the transfer of its shares. Assan Gıda, the country’s largest sauce producer, will continue its activities in Susurluk and İzmir facilities under Kraft Heinz, after the Competition Authority approvals and other prerequisites are met.
